Firstly we can take your Scouts and Explorers on camp. The Mountain Activity Team run at least two camps each year. These weekends are for Scouts and Explorers and Leaders to have a chance to walk in some of the finest countryside that England has to offer.
We run these weekends entirely, organising the transport, the catering and we provide the necessary qualified leaders. Activities are matched to the participants abilities. Perhaps best of all young people do not need a leader with them, perhaps even better we will even take leaders without youngsters. So if you want to get out on the hills, hone your Nav skills or just have a weekend away in the countryside then these are the weekends for you.
If you are going camping and intend hiking in areas that need a hillwalking permit we maybe able to help there too.
